Priestly rolled his eyes again.

"We're in a taxi--that's just disgusting."

"So are you." He said simply.

Even with that said, Mars was almost positive he'd fall asleep, anyway.

He made a fake wincing noise.

"That one hurt, Mars."

"Good..." He said quietly, yawning afterwards.

Priestly stretched, smiling.

"So mean to your teacher."

"You deserve it." He crossed his arms and shifted his position slightly.

"But I can be so nice," he cooed.

"When it benefits you." He said quietly.

He chuckled.

"Oh, you know me so well. If I only you'd let me know you..." He sighed wistfully.

He yawned again and fell silent, leaning onto the side of the car.

"You're the only thing I want," he continued quietly. "But it's okay if you don't feel the same, I suppose."

He yawned.

"I don't believe you." He said softly.

He smiled.

"That's fair; I don't believe you when you say you aren't attracted to me."

He turned to glare at him.

"It's unhealthy to lie to yourself."

Priestly nodded eagerly.

"Yes, that's why I haven't given up on courting you."

Rolling his eyes, Mars looked out the window.

"You should, because I won't change my mind."

"I've lived longer than you, Mars--I know you will." He chuckled softly, grinning.

"Oh, and what makes you so sure?"

"The universe has its ways."

He rolled his eyes.

"You keep telling yourself that..."

He winked.

"You keep telling yourself you're never going to wake up in my bed."

"I know that for a fact!" He replied, though it caused his cheeks to blush. "I want absolutely nothing to do with you!"

He rolled his eyes.

"Fine, fine--your bed. With me beside you. Naked."

He looked the other way.

"Stop speaking of yourself so indecently."

He nodded.

"Okay, will do: you're wearing a polka-dotted thong and lounging on the bed. You wink at me and say, 'Is that all?'"
