He smiled sadly.

"...If the answer is no, then I'm sorry we had sex...or at least that's what I would say, but I can't bring myself to regret it."

"...I don't regret...anything." He said, wishing he could better express his feelings. "...I just don't know..."

Priestly kissed him on the lips.

"That's good, then. But please, continue."

He sighed.

"I just don't know how I feel for sure..." He said miserably.

"...Can I hug you? Talking like this doesn't feel right," he said with a frown.

He nodded after a moment of hesitation.

"I-I...suppose."

Priestly wrapped his arms around Mars, squeezing him gently.

"There we go. So, you slept with me but you're not sure if you like me?" He smiled, pulled Mars close.

Immediately, Mars latched onto him tightly.

"...I'm sorry." He said, feeling guilty when Priestly worded it like that.

He stroked Mars's back gently.

"No, it's okay--I understand, I think. We moved too fast, right?"

He nodded.

"...but that's not really why I'm like this..."

"...Then what is it?"

"I'm just...Not sure...How I feel...exactly..." He said very quietly, hoping Priestly wouldn't hear.

"Oh?" he asked, kissing Mars's hand. "Don't you know anything about how you feel?"

"I really, really, really like you..." He said with a smile. But then it disappeared. "...but you're a man and I...just don't know..."

"Ah, so that's it," he chuckled. "Okay, let me ask you something--do you like me?"

He nodded.

"Of course."

"Do you like when I touch you?" he asked, gently kissing his neck.

He flushed slightly red.

"Y-yes..."

"Do you find me attractive?" he asked, winking cheesily.

He looked the other way.

"M-maybe..."

"It's a yes or no question," he insisted. "Did you do me out of affection, or attraction?"

He frowned deeply.

"I-I don't...know...both...?"

He nuzzled Mars.

"Then good news--you love me~"

Mars squirmed, wishing he could believe that. He just couldn't quite grasp the concept...

"We did the right thing," he said cheerfully, snuggling Mars close. "I want to spend the rest of my life with you, you know."
