"Anything that costs more than 10$ to make," she replied, looking out the window. "Next."

"Favorite restaurant," she continued.

"Anything that costs less than 10$," she replied bluntly.

She snorted, rolling her eyes.

"Childhood pets."

"None. My mother was a cunt and wouldn't let me have any pets," the bitterness in her voice was obvious, despite her attempts to hide it.

She grinned. "If you could have any pet, what would you choose? A dog, perhaps?"

"I haven't decided what type of dog." She looked away. "I'm thinking of getting a pitbull, a boxer or a rottweiler."

"Ah, vicious ones, eh? I'd expect nothing less.

"So I take it you're not close with your mother." Her tone was innocent, but her eyes flashed mischievously.

She scoffed. "They're not vicious animals by nature. Not unless you threaten their owner. That's precisely why I like them. Fiercely loyal."

Miss Andry shifted in her seat.

"My mother and I are indeed not on good terms. I haven't spoken to her in a few years, and if all goes well, I'll never need to."

"Do you hate your father, too?" She asked nonchalantly.

"That...is none of your business."

"Why not? What does it hurt to tell me? I'm a neutral party, and you've already told me about your mother--unless there's something particularly interesting about your father." She tapped the steering wheel in thought. "If you don't tell me, of course you must be hiding something."

"I am hiding something. Something that is none of your business," she replied bluntly.

She smiled slightly.

"Ooooh, harsh. Tell you what--I'll tell you about my Daddy, while you sort your thoughts, if you like."

"I'm not going to tell you about my father," she insisted. "Tell me what you like, I don't care."

"Terribly interesting. Care to tell me more about your family?" She grinned, for once taking her eyes off of the road. "Go on, I'm interested in anything you have to say--cousins, silblings, crazy uncles twice removed. I'm a very good listener."

"No, I can't," she replied bluntly. "I'm not telling you personal details about myself."

"Why not? You already did--it's like cheating on your diet, no need to stop once you fuck it up."

She scoffed.

"I'm not telling you anything more, then."

"Oh, come on, be a good sport. Now, men or women, at least answer me that."

She curled her lip, but answered anyway.

"Women."

"...You're being serious?" Diamond stared blankly at the road ahead; she hadn't been expecting a real answer.

"I suppose I wouldn't know, myself. Only tried men."

"What would you expect from someone named Miss Andry?" she replied, raising n eyebrow. "It's not impossible to guess, is it."

"I only guessed the Daddy issues," she said, shrugging and oullinginto her parking space. "Regardless, let's go inside, it's too damn cold out here."

She shrugged, following Dia.

"I prefer the cold," Miss Andry stated. "Anyway, what are we to be doing?"
