He shook his head.

"...Please, don't try to cheer me up, Benoit..."

He kissed Charlie again.

"But it's my job...because taking care of you is my pleasure." He entwined her fingers with Charlie's, smiling softly. "I give you a roof over your head, food, a bed, companionship...let me take care of you in another way, as well."

Charlie just stared at him.

"...But..."

He kissed Charlie's hand.

"I've never been good at this with women, and I've never tried a man, so you'll have to be gentle with me. With your criticisms of my performance, I mean."

Charlie shook his head.

"But, Benoit...I..."

"Do you not want it?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Are you sure?" He asked, concerned. "I don't want you to do anything else you'll regret."

"Will you enjoy it?" he asked calmly, leaning over Charlie.

"...More than anything..." He admitted quietly, before quickly adding, "But, are you really sure?"

"I can't regret something if it makes you happy," he replied.

He still looked unsure.

"...I just don't want to make you angry again."

"I won't get angry again," he promised. "You caught me by surprise last time...still not an excuse, though. It was a grave error on my part."

"If you're sure it's what you want, then of course I'd like to, but I still..." He sighed. "Are you sure you aren't just doing this to make me feel better?"

"Of course I am, but I enjoy doing things for you--it's my pleasure."

"Are you really, really sure...?" He insisted.

In the least repressed action of his entire life, Benoit pressed his lips against Charlie's and scooped him out of the chair. He carried him up the stairs without another word, only a small smile.

Charlie clung to him.

"Benoit, really, if you aren't sure, I'll hate you forever." It was a lie, of course, he could never hate Benoit.

"I'm sure," he said calmly, placing Charlie on the bed and loosening his tie.

"...Do you even know what you're doing?"

He blinked.

"...Is it that much different?"

"Yes and no..."

He smiled.

"Well, you obviously seem to know what to do--I'll just ask you when I get stuck."

"But I don't know much either, actually..." He admitted.

He paused, frowning.

"...Shall we Google it?"

He laughed slightly.

"No, let's just...Do what feels natural."
