"I found a Chicken Soup For The Soul book."

She clapped excitedly.

"Soup labels!!!"

"...I thought so."

"Just read," she insisted, rocking back and forth.

He shrugged and read her an entry about someone going to school and otherwise having some heppy peppy fucking retarded feel good time doing stupid everyday shit.

She listened, her jaw dropping.

"...Why are you swearing so much?"

"What? I am not. Ignore the author's swearing."

"No, I read it all," she insisted.

"Well don't."

"Why? I thought you said I should increase my vocabulary."

"Not with bad words."

"But I learned the word 'horrendous' the other day. Does that mean I can't use it?"
