"Ah, good point," he said, patting Mars on the butt. When he returned, he held a suspiciously small bag.

"Now, what do you have for dinner here? We can order takeout, if that's easier."

Unwilling to admit that takeout was all he ever ate, Mars frowned.

"Uhm, how about we go out for something, uhm, better?" he asked, fiddling with his rosary. He tried to pretend that this man hadn't touched his butt just minutes earlier.

He beamed.

"Of course! What a great way to celebrate our new arrangement--where do you want to go?" I'll drive, but you'll have to help me find my way around."

"There's a really good burger joint down the street. We can walk there, actually," he replied, grabbing a jacket from the closet.

"Well, if you like burgers," he replied, blushing slightly. "Uhm, I...really do."

"I love burgers!" he exclaimed, looking eager like a child in the toy aisle. "Come on, it'll be my treat--just lead the way, Marsy. Oh, I'm so glad I could help you--making new friends is one of my favorite things."

He chuckled and patted Mars's ass again. "I'm sure that wherever your parents have gone, they're proud of having such a great son. And what a looker, too--I bet the girls at your school are all over you. How old are you anyway? Hit your second decade yet?" He leaned close to Mars, squinting at his face.

"You still look young, but you're tall, too--you could just look youthful. I mean, look at me." He gestured to himself and laughed. "I'm twenty-two!"

He stared blankly at Priestly. Not because he had touched his ass again, or even because he didn't believe he was only 22 (though he didn't).

He stared at him, because, "...I'm not attractive." he said, confused. "Are you...making fun of me?"

Mars bit his lip. He was being made fun of, even by the man who promised him he'd take him away from this awful place. He bti back tears.

He blinked, thoroughly confused.

"...Did I say something wrong? i didn't mean to say that you looked young, it's just, you've got an adorable baby face. Now, I know, it must be embarrassing to have a grown man compliment your looks, but I swear it's sincere. I'd go for you, were things different." He licked his lips, then laughed. "I might still go for you if you grow up to be any cuter, and I'm a priest."

Now, he was even less hungry. He felt his stomach churn once more. It all made sense why this man was on his parents list of contacts labeled 'only call if desperately in need of help'. He was a faggot. A gay priest. A pedophile, too. Well, if Mars was right about his hunch on the other man not being twenty-two. Which he was almost certain he was, for more reasons than one. It was no wonder that he was the only one, out of all the people to even show up.

He swallowed. For some reason, the prospect of this man being interested in him excited him more than it disgusted him. He wondered, briefly, what would happen if he just...

"I'm legal," he said suddenly. "I'm also single. Girls aren't interested in me, I guess. Uhm. You look...good."

He wanted to see how the other man would react, just to see if he could be trusted.

...but deep down Mars knew he just wanted to see if he had a chance with him. More than just that, he wanted to know what it felt like. To be with another man. On the other hand, he was terrified.

Mars watched Priestly. It would all come down to his reaction, he supposed.

"Really?" asked Priestly, grinning. "Wow--a compliment from a younger man. How flattering. But you should watch yourself--with flattery like that, someone might take you up on your offer someday." He winked and groped him again.

"I know I really shouldn't. Besides, I only go after people if they insist."

Mars grabbed Priestly by the collar, before he knew what he doing.

"What if I insisted?" he asked, but he was visibly nervous. He was shaking. Part of him wanted to insist, to press himself against Priestly, to tell him how much he just wanted to have sex already, how much he was tired of being almost an adult and still being a virgin. He wanted to know what it was like, especially with a man.

He smiled softly.

"Then as my duty as a priest, I'd have to help you. I told you, that's my job." He grabbed Mars by the hips, gently pulling him closer. "I help people. And you look in need of help." He licked his lips.

He couldn't hear anything but the blood rushing to his face. His heart pounded in his ears, and he just stared at the other man. What did he do? He didn't know what he wanted, anymore.

"You..." he started quietly, swallowing down his apprehension. "You're disgusting. I...I was just...testing you." he didn't meet Priestly's eyes, and instead, he looked away. "I can't believe you..."

PRiestly beamed at him, winking.

"I don't think you were--but tell you what. We were both testing each other, and now we're going to get eat some delicious burgers together. Perhaps we'll have some pie for dessert. And then we'll come back here and regroup."

He adjusted his jacket and slicked back his hair.

"Come along now, dinner is my treat."

Mars nodded awkwardly, pulling his jacket up around his face, which was still incredibly red. He felt disappointed. He had half hoped that Priestly would insist himself, and half relieved he hadn't.

Mars felt a lot better after they had eaten. He threw his jacket into his dufflebag once he got home. He pulled a pair of pajama pants out from the dresser, before realizing they were really ugly mickey mouse ones his parents had bought him. He made a noise of alarm, shoving them back in. So much for impressing Priestly, or seducing him, or anything.

"Mars," he said softly, grabbing him from behind. "How are you feeling? Better? I know I am." He spoke softly into Mars's ear, warming his neck with his breath.

Mars jumped, and then he shuddered. He wanted to tell Priestly to stop touching him, but he knew he didn't want him to. So he stayed quiet, instead.

"Uh...I'm just going to put my pajamas on," he replied, swallowing.

"You don't need to do that," he said calmly. "I said I'd help you, right?"

Mars shuddered at the very thought.

"I-I was just testing you, r-r-remember?" he replied, turning around suddenly. He looked away, however, avoiding any eye contact.

He ran a hand across Mars's chest.

"Sure. So, you have any lotion?"

"Yes," he said, without thinking. Then, he realized what Priestly meant. "I mean, no! Th-this is rape, you disgusting, filthy faggot!"

He backed away from him, moving towards the door way. Mars knew, however, that he wouldn't run. Even if he wanted to, there was nowhere to go. More than that, he knew he didn't want to.

"Mars. If you want it, you'll stay right where you are. If you don't--well, this never happened." He stripped off his jacket, neatly hanging it on the dresser.

"Relax now."

Mars froze, not because he particularly wanted it, but because he wasn't sure what else to do. He felt shame wash over him. Was he really going to let this happen? The thought caused his face to turn red.

"...you're a disgusting, sinning homo," he said quietly, but he still hadn't moved.

He moved closer and rubbed Mars's chest.

"Good boy, Marsy. Do you have lubricant?"

Mars flinched noticeably. He had never realized his chest was a sensitive area.

"Of course I don't!" he lied. In fact, Mars tended to go out, buy lubricant, and tell himself he was going to use it, before he ended up throwing it away in a fit of rage.
