The Daily Grind, At Least For Demon Hunters

Priestly stood waiting for him outside the bathroom door, completely naked.

"Feeling better, Marsy?" he asked, fluttering his lashes.

Mars ground his teeth together, shoving Priestly out of his way.

"I'm not in the mood for your stupid, disgusting, sinful games," he snapped, sitting on the bed. "I'm going to bed!"

"I'm just taking a shower," he said, making no move to enter the bathroom. "Was yours nice?"

"What do you care?" he replied, refusing to look at Priestly. "Stop standing around and just go get your shower!"

"It'll only take a second for you to answer me," he insisted with a wink.

"Yes, it was great, actually. Wonderful, because you weren't in there," he hissed. "Are you happy, now?"

He chuckled, and went into the bathroom himself. When he emerged, ten minutes later, he was dripping wet, and drying his hair with a towel.

"Marsy, you aren't asleep, are you?"

While Mars had crawled under the blankets, he was, unfortunately, not yet asleep. He pulled the blankets over his head, hoping Priestly would leave him alone.

Priestly hastily toweled off and tossed the towel to the floor before climbing into bed, still naked.

He scooted close to Mars, wrapping his arms around him.

"Are you asleep?" he asked again, more quietly.

Mars shoved him away, glaring at him. His hair was disheveled, as he had just let it down, instead of braiding it like usual.

"What do you want from me?!" he growled. "Aren't you done sexually harassing me?! Are you done trying to prove my sinfulness?!"

Mars rolled onto Priestly, raising his hand to punch him. He wanted to do it, but...he couldn't.

Priestly ran a hand over Mars's nipple.

"Why are you so insistent on resisting me? You owe me dinner, remember?"

His entire face turned red, but he just stared down at Priestly.

"You're trying to tempt me. I know this is a test from God," he replied, much quieter than normal. "I won't fall prey to your temptations, you heathen sinner."

"No tests," he reassured him with a smile. "God loves you as you are, and as you will be. He loves seeing his children happy."

"This won't make anyone but you happy, you disgusting faggot," he hissed, clenching his fists. "So stop."

"Then why resist so passionately?" he teased. "If it won't affect you, just let me try."

"...no," he replied, furrowing his eyebrows. "O-of course it'll affect me! You'll tempt me into homosexuality!"

"You believe you'll give in?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"No!" That's...that's not what I meant!" he replied, swallowing nervously. "I...no! Stop putting words into my mouth!"

"Then what's the problem?" he asked, casually pulling Mars into his arms.

Mars pushed Priestly away, narrowing his eyes. "The problem is...I...I just don't want you touching me! I don't like you, I don't find you attractive, nothing! I'm only traveling with you because...because I need you! That's it!"

"But you owe me dinner," he said, kissing his forehead.

"I don't owe you anything!" he growled.

"I'm hungry either way," he insisted, pressing closer.

Mars leaned his head in closer as well.

"Are you going to do something, or are you just going to talk?" he hissed.

Grinning at that, he pulled Mars into a kiss, holding him tightly and tangling his fingers in his hair.
