Church Bells

"B-but that doesn't make any sense!" He said stubbornly.

"It's very complicated, you see--would you like to hear a sermon?" He kissed Mars on the cheek.

He thought about it for a moment, then sighed.

"After work." He said.

He smiled and patted Mars on the head.

"I love doing my job~"

"I should really get going, though." He said, frowning slightly.

"Kiss goodbye?~" he asked temptingly. "You know, since we're an item now."

Mars shook his head, but he also decided to avoid saying anything, in case Priestly kept him there longer.

Priestly kissed him anyway.

"Have a good day, Mars Bar."

As Mars promised, he didn't come home until dinner time. By the time he did get home, he was quite exhausted.

Priestly welcomed him home with a big smooch.

"How was work, baby?~"

Mars shoved him away.

"Don't do that sort of thing!" He insisted, hiding his red face as he took off his jacket. "Work was...fine."

Priestly chuckled.

"Of course I'm allowed to do that. Anyway, it's good to hear work went well--are you hungry?"

"No, you aren't allowed." He said sternly. "Did you cook eggs? Please say yes."

He nodded.

"Why?"

"I like eggs." He said, smiling at Priestly.

"You have to kiss me before you earn them~"

He frowned deeply.

"...why?" He demanded, crossing his arms.

He raised an eyebrow and pointed to his apron; it was clearly labeled, "Kiss the Cook".

Mars appropriately responded by ripping off said apron.

"Can I eat now?"

"Now there has to be tongue," he purred.

He shook his head immediately.

"Never!" He shouted. "I'd rather starve."

"Oh, would you?" he asked, kissing Mars on the cheek and then the neck.

He tried to push Priestly away.

"I-I just...kissing with t-tongue...it just..." He mumbled, his face completely red. "K-kind of...excites me...And I just want to eat dinner!"

Priestly pulled him into a French kiss regardless.

Mars resisted for, like, a fraction of a second before he passionately kissed back.
