I'll Be The Hero!

He smiled.

"Nothing hurts me, don't worry--I'm a fighter for a living."

He shook his head and sniffled.

"N-no! Please, don't..."

"We're here!" he exclaimed loudly, having carried Blakely to just outside a small bakery. "Can you wait out here? I'll be just a second."

He nodded, planning to make a run for it once Hiro wasn't looking. After all, he couldn't have Hiro getting hurt because of him...

Unfortunately for him, Hiro was back the moment he started to run.

"Hey, where are you going?" he asked, frowning. "I brought back money and pie."

He sniffled.

"...nowhere." He lied meekly, wishing he could just disappear. "I-I don't want to hurt you!"

He shook his head, smiling.

"Come on, let's go eat this before it gets cold--want me to carry you?"

He shook his head, sniffling and wiping his eyes.

"N-no! I-I don't want to hurt you..." He mumbled, his posture amazingly bad.

Hiro pulled him into a passionate kiss, somehow managing to not drop his pie.

Blakely flailed, managing to hit Hiro in the face and bite his lips painfully. Both at once.

Hiro either didn't notice or didn't care, as he kept kissing him anyway.

He kept flailing anyway, hitting Hiro at least three more times.

Hiro groped Blakely instinctively; his time with Blayse had made him sensitive to the arousing nature of violence. That, and he was an idiot.

Blakely sobbed, tears cascading down his face as he attempted to get away from Hiro still.

Hiro pulled away, frowning.

"Did I do something wrong?!"

He sobbed openly, sinking to his knees.

"Wh-why are you doing this to me?!"

"Doing what?!" he exclaimed, honestly confused.

"S-stop touching me..." He sobbed.

He frowned, even more confused.

"...Why? Did I hurt you?"

"N-no! Y-you...W-why would you kiss me..." He sobbed louder, trying to wipe away his tears. "Y-you're...A t-terrible person, but not as terrible as me..."

"Was it bad?!" he asked, worried.

He shook his head, trying to wipe away his tears.

"B-but I...I'm such a failure! My failure is going to rub off on YOU! Don't touch me, for your own good!"

He frowned.

"Aren't you being a little presumptuous? I mean, why can't my awesome rub off on you?"

He shook his head.

"N-no! You don't get it! That's how much of a FAILURE I am!!"

He shook his head.

"No, no, I don't think you get how AWESOME I am. I'm easily ten times as awesome as your are a failure--mainly because you aren't a failure--but even if you were, my awesome would eat it for breakfast. So relax."
