Crows and Seagulls Are Totally Pals Right?

He chuckled.

"Well, I'm going to pack. You had better hurry. Unless you'd rather I finish the mission."

"...It's not worth it if you're just going to give up!!"

He grinned.

"Then you just want me to win, huh?"

"No," he said, sneering, "I'm going to beat you. Winning by default is recieving a reward for mediocrity."

He shrugged.

"Then I'll just beat you."

"No! I will beat you!" he insisted.

"No, I'll beat you." He reiterated, as if he was talking to a mentally challenged four-year-old.

"You'd have to cheat--I know I'm going to beat you." He grabbed Crow by the neck, snarling. "I want it so badly, I'd give anything. All I want to do is crush someone disgusting like you into dust."

He smiled darkly.

"You just try."

"I won't just try--I'll succeed. Because if I fail, life's not worth living."

"Precisely." He replied, laughing to himself. "So I won't lose."

His grip on Crow's neck tightened.

"...You want to destroy me as well? I can't imagine why."

He suppressed a pained cough.

"I don't. Tolerate. Failure."

"Neither do I," he hissed.

He smiled.

"Then you'd better hurry."

He shoved Crow into a wall.

"We still don't even know where are target is or how to get to him...we wait until our employer calls, both of us in this room. Then, once we have our details, I'll beat you."

"Oh, didn't I mention?" He smiled wryly. "He already called."

"...Why didn't you wake me?" he asked quietly. "He just...he told you the details, even though I wasn't awake."

"Oh, I told him I would tell you, be a good sport." He smiled cruelly. "Now, you don't have a choice but to do what I say if you want those details."

Seagull glared at him, taking a step back.

"...What do you want?"

"Your partnership." He replied, smiling graciously. "Rather, I want to work with you."

"...What's the catch?" he asked, narrowing his eyes suspiciously.

"Sex. I want you for sex, too. A lot." He smiled. "And I want to spend every waking moment with you for the rest of our lives."

Despite how ridiculous that sounded, he didn't seem like he noticed at all.

Seagull blushed.

"...But..."

He just smiled wider.

"Yes or no?"
