"The answer is still no; how many times do I have to tell you that I'm not a homosexual?" He asked, frowning deeply. "Even if I was interested, I promised to never take a mate; I'm married to God, and my work as a priest."

"So am I," he said, grinning. "God wants his children to be happy--a marriage with Him is an open marriage."

"My happiness is none of your concern; I am happy as I am. Celibate and serving the Lord." He said, crossing his arms defensively. "The short answer is no; I will not go on a date with you."

"You don't even masturbate?" he asked, impressed.

"Of course not!" He snapped, a tad bit of defensiveness in his voice. "What does it matter to you, anyway? I've already made my decision, and it's none of your business!"

"Well, I guess you're missing out on God's greatest gift and his greatest connection to all his children," he said, shrugging. "Come on--you don't find me even a little attractive? I like you."

"I don't find you attractive one bit."

Okay, now he was just straight up lying.

He looked away, knowing this fact.

"Ah, well," said Priestly stripping off his robe. "I suppose this means my crush is destined not to be."

Before he could react, Mars found himself staring. The second he caught himself, he covered his eyes. Unfortunately, the image was burned into his mind. He quickly crossed his legs. It was time for him to leave.

"Don't worry," said Priestly unhelpfully, "If you leave now, I'll give up on my feeling for you, I'm sure."

Oh no. He had to make it to the door. How far away was he? He glanced towards the doorway. Oh God, so far? There was no easy way to make it there and be inconspicuous. His ship as sunk; it was over.

"...Why are you doing this to me? Why can't you just leave me alone?" He demanded, attempting to make Priestly feel guilty. Then maybe he could wait long enough, and then leave.

"...Doing what?" he asked, frowning; he walked closer to Mars, placing a hand on his shoulder. "I only wanted to help your town and its people...I can't help it if I met a gorgeous man on my first day in town, and perhaps fell for him. I have the heart or a romantic young school boy."

"You're just a sinner." He replied harshly, finally looking up at Priestly again. "I refuse to associate myself with sinners."

He chuckled.

"But Marsy, aren't we all? That's why Jesus died--so that we may be forgiven for them. I'm not perfect, but I love God and acknowledge Christ as my own personal savior. I will be saved, and I know that God loves me. I am at peace, right?"

"That's fine, then. Leave me out of it." He swallowed nervously, standing up. "Just...get rid of out ghost problem, and then leave."

"But I'd like to help you, too."

"I don't need your help." He said, adjusting his tie, if just to find something to do with his hands. At least he didn't have a huge erection anymore

He slid his hand over Mars's crotch, chuckling as his body flinched.

"But it's such a lonely thing to take care of by yourself."

He did more than flinch; after his involuntarily shudder, he tried to back away, but ending up tripping backwards on his own chair.

Priestly caught him with one arm like it was nothing. To be fair, he had had a lot of practice over the years. He leaned close, whispering in Mars's ear; the temptation to lick it was almost irrepressible, but somehow he resisted.

"I want you," he said softly.

Mars grimaced, trying to push him away, weakly. He was terribly flustered at this point, and his entire face, including his ears, were a bright red.

"J-just...s-stoppit..." He mumbled, biting his lower lip nervously.

He rubbed his fingers against Mars's pants, enjoying the feeling of something growing larger underneath. He kissed his neck, just below his ear. The skin was soft and warm, just as he had imagined. Many wild sexual scenarios ran through Priestly's head; it was all he could do to keep from acting on them.

"Please say yes," he pleaded. "It will only mean as much as you want it to."

Even in this position, he managed to shake his head.

"N-no..." He mumbled, "It would mean..."

He paused, shaking his head again in a vehement "no".

Slowly sliding his hand over the small over Mars's back, Priestly released him, stepping back. Though he had an obvious erection, he seemed completely unabashed.

"Okay, then--tell me if you change your mind, Mars. I really like you." He walked back to the bed, sitting down and reaching for the TV remote. "You're welcome to stay a little longer--you'll remain unmolested. Or I could drive you home, if it's too dark."

Mars sank back down into the chair he had been sitting on, which had managed to stay up because I say it did. He covered his face with his hands, trying to compose himself. The more he tried, the less it worked; eventually, he felt the most embarrassing hot tears streak down his face.

"I'd tried so hard..." He mumbled, completely to himself. "I'd tried so hard to avoid this..."
