Mars and Priestly Eat Breakfast

"I want them scrambled, for once," he replied from the couch, sniffling.

He sat next to Mars on the couch, rubbing his back.

"Can do. I think we're almost out of eggs, you know--I'll have to run out to the store later. I do love the store."

"No," he insisted stubbornly. "Stay with me, I wanna..."

He stopped himself suddenly.

"...no, I don't want you to go to the store."

"Why, do you want to come with?" He stroked Mars's hair, smiling.

Mars just pouted.

"No, stupid face." he grumbled.

"If I don't go shopping, there will be no more eggs after breakfast."

"No, do it tomorrow," he insisted, trying to move himself closer to Priestly.

"If you insist," he sighed, chuckling and kissing Mars on the forehead. "What would you have me do instead, Mars?"

"...nothing," he whispered.

He laughed loudly.

"You'd have me sit here all day, is that it? Who will cook your eggs?" he teased.

He nodded pathetically, nuzzling Priestly's lap. He just wanted to lay with Priestly all day long.

"You know, Mars," he said gently, "I could stay here all day."

"Ok," he agreed immediately, smiling. "Thank you."

"But you'd have to do something for me," he said, sliding his figners over Mars's chest.

Mars looked up at him, sniffling.

"Like what?" He asked, wiping his nose on the blanket.

Priestly placed the box of tissues on Mars's shoulder.

"Oh, I don't know. Perhaps some things with your mouth--nothing too strenuous."

Mars grabbed a tissue and miserably wiped his runny nose.

"Like what?" He asked, still confused. A less sick Mars would have known better.

Priestly mimed something rather crude, and then smiled pleasantly.

Mars stared.

"I don't get it."

"Oral sex, Mars," he said, cracking up. "That's...that's what I was miming...did you get it?"

"But..I'm...sick," he exclaimed, disgusted.

"I don't mind. I'm very healthy. I have a strong immune system...have ever since I was a teen." He grinned broadly.

"Come on, I'll stay with you the whole day if you do."

"No no! Go to the store and don't come back, you sick, disgusting jerk!" He shouted, throwing a couch pillow at him and hiding under his blankets.

He laughed and stroked Mars's hair.

"Anything in particular you want for dinner, so I can start planning? Maybe I can make you some nice chicken soup."

"You're gross, leave me alone!" he shouted, still pouting.
