"Oh. No worries. We're all used to it. But hey, you doin okay? Looks like you've been crying. You can stick around at my place for a while until this shit blows over."

He shook his head.

"Oh, no, I normally just walk to Marl's when this happens..." He paused. "...but I don't know what he's doing today considering the fact that last night he and that weird guy..."

"Well, you're free to come over. It's not like It's far from your house anyways." He gave a smile and shoved his free hand in his pocket.

He thought for a moment, then nodded.

"...I think I will."

He motioned for him to follow, humming vaguely. "This one." He stated, motioning to the house right next door.

He couldn't believe he'd never seen Cain before.

"What do you do for work?" He wondered. How did he miss him?

He peered to him. "Oh, I'm a door to door salesman. I work for a subsidiary of BlueCorp." He explained, smiling.

"Oh." He said. "That's...weird."

"Eh. It pays pretty well--I sell a few things and I eat for a few weeks. Shit's expensive." He grinned. "But people like it. So whatever."

He shrugged slightly.

"I suppose..." He turned silent, then to break it he said, "Th-thank you for being so nice to me..."

He made a laugh and let him inside after unlocking it. "Nah, it's cool. You could use a lil' bit of niceness in your life, anyways, right?"

Wolfly scurried inside and put his hood down, letting his hair back out of his hood.

"Thank you again..."

He eyed his hair and gave a smile his way. "It's fine." He laughed softly, folding his arms over. "How old are you, again?"

"...twenty-one." He fibbed. Wolfly wasn't a good liar and it was obvious.

"...I'm guessing around seventeen." He retorted, lifting an eyebrow.

He looked away.

"...maybe." He admitted quietly.

"Thoought so." he almost teased, though his tone was still very light-hearted. "So. Wolflynne, right?"

He blushed, both at being found out and the fact Cain had said his name.

"Y-yeah...I know it's weird..."

"Nah. My full name is Cainis." He chuckled softly. "So you're not alone in the weird name group."

He smiled.

"Oh, well...Your name kind of rhymes with..." He blushed, but he still looked amused.

He groaned. "...I know what it rhymes with. Just call me Cain."

He giggled to himself.

"Okay. As long as you call me Wolfly~"

He chuckled softly and nodded. "'Course." He noted. "Wolfly it is."

"So..." He said, trying to make conversation. "...Do you have, uhm, anything to drink?"

He gave a little smile. "Uh, yeah, I should." He nodded towards him, walking to his cabinets. "...Pretty much just water and beer."
