Neither One Of Them Is Very Priestly

"Don't look at me like that!" He snapped angrily. "Don't look at me like I don't understand what I'm saying! I plan on killing that demon, and you can't do anything to stop me!"

"I don't plan to stop you," said Priestly, driving in a strange direction. "Calm down, would you? I only want to talk." He turned into the wrong exit, heading away from town.

"Just trust me, okay? Believe it or not, I used to be a lot like you."

"How am I supposed to trust you? You don't seem to be any different than that other priest!" He snapped, barely even noticing where they were going at all. Once, he did, however, he frowned. "...aren't we going for burgers?"

"Not anymore," he said, shrugging. He grinned at Mars.

"You wanted to get away, right? You're an adult, and you're gonna face your own problems. Wasn't that what you meant?"

He crossed his arms over his chest, staring out the window.

"Well...this is fine. Where are we going?"

"Someplace quiet," he said, turning onto a country road. "I want to talk--you don't mind, do you?"

"...Can't we just talk in here?" He asked, becoming somewhat anxious. Maybe getting into the car with someone he didn't know had been a bad idea. "Are you even familiar with this area? You know we're headed toward a bed and breakfast run by this creepy old couple, right?"

"Don't worry," he said, pulling into the shade of several trees close to the roadside. "Right here is fine."

He turned to Mars, smiling. "So. It's nice to talk to a fellow adult, Mars. A man of action--I'm one too, you see. And I love meeting kindred spirits." He chuckled brightly. "So. You plan to be a man and take things into your own hands? Face life as an adult?"

Mars certainly didn't think that 'right here' was fine, but he wasn't about to admit it. He glanced at the door and momentarily debated on fleeing the situation, but he knew this was probably his only way out of town.

"Of course." He replied. "I'm only sixteen, and I know people will treat me like a child, but I plan on killing that demon no matter what it takes. After all, he's..." He paused. "It's personal! It's not your problem, so I won't talk about it anymore."

Priestly undid a button on his dress shirt, still smiling calmly.

"Mars, do you know what adults do?"

"...talk about what they're going to do before they do it." He replied, glancing at the door again. "That sounds right. I think you should do that."

"Yes, quite right," he said. "But another thing they do...is commune with each other. Commune with God, through the use of their bodies. They take care of their own desires with consenting others.

"What I'm saying is, they make love, Mars. Religious men especially--they don't tell you until you reach the higher levels, but it's the closest a man can be to God. The epitome of adulthood."

He smiled, eager to see Mars's expression when his words sunk in.

"Show me you can act as an adult, and I'll do everything in my power to help you exact your revenge."

Mars just stared at him, unable to even process the mere thought. Then, it hit him, and suddenly, he was full of anger all over again.

"I can't believe you, you're a faggot!" He shouted angrily. "There's no way I would ever do anything with you, does it look like I'm sort of queer to you?! I knew I should have never trusted you, you're disgusting!"

His entire face was red from shouting, at this point, and he looked ridiculous.

"Do I look like I'm the type of man who only finds men attractive?" he asked, amused. "No; I do whatever the Lord requires of me. And I'm telling you what my conditions are for me to extend my help. You want it, don't you? I have experience, funds, connections, and means of transportation. As far as the world is concerned, you're a young adult with nothing."

"I...I can find other ways!" He insisted, having no idea what those ways would be. "I don't need the help of a disgusting sinner like you! I should have known, when you helped that other sinful priest. You really are a terrible person!"

He unbuckled his seatbelt, reaching for the handle on the door. He could walk back into town, if he had to...

Priestly simply undid another button on his shirt.

"Go ahead, if you're sure--I wish you Godspeed."

Mars stared at him, unable to get out of the car. It was the logical decision, but it wasn't like he ever thought logically in the first place.

"...I'm not a fag." He replied, taking his hand off the door handle. "Just so you know, I'm not a homosexual sinner like you, so...so there's no way I'm going to do that with you!"

"That's not a problem for an adult," he said brightly. "Adults are capable of enjoying even what isn't their preferred experience while keeping their selves intact--it's very natural, right? Even if you don't prefer men, you can sleep with them, enjoy it, and move on. It's the way of adults."

"...No." He insisted weakly. "Y-you're just saying that, in order to get me to sleep with you, because...because you're trying to make me sin, just like you!"

He looked away. "...it's not gonna work."

"If you believe that, then you are free to leave," he said, unbuttoning his shirt all the way.

"...But if you're interested, by all means stay." He licked his lips suggestively.

Mars bit his lip, trying to avoid looking at him. It wasn't fair, he wasn't supposed to be attracted to men. He swallowed, glancing at Priestly. He regretted it immediately. It made his face flush red.

"...I hate you." He replied childishly.

"I'm sorry," he said, flashing him a charming grin.

"...If you're going to do it, then just stop stalling and do it!" He snapped, crossing his arms and biting his lip nervously.

Priestly leaned over and swiftly reached under Mars's shirt with both hands. He massaged his nipples, very gently at first.

"The important thing is to relax," he said slowly.

Of course, that meant that Mars did the opposite of what he was told. He squirmed, leaning farther away from him.

"S-stop...!" He replied, trying to push his hands away, already.
