Who Ya Gonna Call?!

He gave him a blank stare.

"...Yes, but am I hot?"

Mars refused to answer, shoving food into his mouth to create an excuse not to talk.

Priestly frowned.

"Come on, it's not that hard. Imagine being a chick, then imagine whether or not you want to do--I mean, potentially marry me."

He swallowed and mumbled something along the lines of, "I don't know, I guess you're really attractive..."

He smiled.

"Thank you. Now I can avoid committing suicide."

"Wait, what?" He asked, both shocked and confused.

He snorted.

"Not really, but appreciate the compliment. How's the food?"

He sighed slightly.

"It was good."

He beamed as charmingly as possible.

"I'm glad. I wanted to put as much love as possible into your first meal back."

He blushed.

"Well...Uhm. Thanks." He said awkwardly.

Priestly licked his lips.

"Your satisfaction is mine~"

Mars shifted in his seat.

"A-anyway..." He said, hoping to change the subject. "How have you been?"

"Bored," he replied instantly. "But I've had some alone time--it was nice, but nothing I'd want to get used to."

He smiled, relieved that Priestly didn't like being alone, either.

"Good." He replied without thinking.

Priestly grinned.

"Yes, most certainly good. Marvelous, in fact."

Mars yawned.

"Hm. I'm tired..." He mumbled.

"Didn't you sleep last night?" asked Priestly, concerned.

"...not really. Not for the past week." He mumbled, embarrassed.

He stood up, slamming his hands on the table.

"Bed. Now."

Mars jumped.

"What? But I'm fine, really! I don't need much sleep!"

He grabbed Mars by the hand and dragged him down the hall.

"You're getting some rest, kiddo."

He tried to pull away.

"No, Priestly, I'm fine! If I sleep now, I won't wake up for days!"

"Then our date will have to wait," he said simply.

He sighed, mainly because he didn't want to wait.

"...But I'll be fine."

"Sleep. Now," he commanded, ushering Mars into the bedroom. "I kept you sheets all clean and well-made, so just get under the covers and get some rest."
