A Fairly Gay Christmas Special

"I wouldn't say that." He replied, glancing in Yuri's direction.

His eyes widened, and he blushed.

"Oh--ah, oh...." He looked away, struggling to find something else to say. "...Nice weather we've been having." Snow continued to pelt the windshield; lack of contact with other humans had left Yuri with horrible small talk skills.

"Wanna, uh, listen to some music?" he tried to cover quickly.

Blair smiled smugly.

"No. This is fine." He teased. "Besides, we're here."

"Kay," he replied, practically tumbling out of the car. "What movie were we even watching, again?..."

He shrugged, stepping out of the car.

"We'll see." He replied, stretching out and walking towards the door.

"Oh, nothing in mind?" he asked. "Personally, I haven't seen commercials for anything worth watching--it's all bad Christmas flicks, ya know? I just wanna snuggle up with some chick flicks or a horror movie or something, but this time of year it's all about cheap comedy--at least, that's how I always see it.

"What about you, what kind of movies do you like?" Yuri found himself talking fairly quickly; anything to keep the subject away from his and Blair's relationship.

"It depends." He replied simply. "I like mus-"

ABORTABORTABORT.

Blair froze. Wow, that had been a close call.

"...horror movies and comedies." He rectified.

"Wanna see if there are any horror movies?" he asked, smiling.

He nodded, his heart still jumping. "Yes. That'll work."

"Okay~"

They walked into the mall together, looking very much like a gay couple. At the theater, they looked at all the titles until Yuri spotted one in particular.

"Ohhhh, Blair, look! It's the new Slaughter City movie--I heard that this one is ten times more violent! Wanna see it?"

Blair waved his hand.

"Sure, sounds good to me. I'll buy us tickets, then." He looked at the times. "We'll have about half an hour to eat. Sound good?"

Yuri nodded.

"I only have enough for something small, so it shouldn't take that long."

"I can pay." He offered simply. "It's not a big deal."

He blushed, shaking his head.

"I can't let you do that, Blair."

He looked slightly confused, but he agreed. "If you insist."

"Friends don't typically do this much for each other," he mumbled, already heading in the direction of the food court.

He frowned, following after him.

"I resent that accusation." He said.

"It's not an accusation, it's a fact," Yuri replied. He paused, turning around. "Look, Blair...if you want to fuck me again, just say so, okay? You don't have to pretend you like me--I'm not a girl."

Blair looked repulsed, but not for the obvious reason; he wasn't angry at being accused of wanting to fuck Yuri, not really considering it was true. He was more pissed about the second part to that. He had pretended to like a lot of people, but Yuri was not one of them.

He forced himself to keep his voice at a normal voice as he hissed, "If I only wanted to fuck you then I wouldn't bother wasting my time on you."

He blushed, embarrassed.

"Then what do you want? You never seemed to like me much before, even when we had our agreement."

Blair frowned. That was right. He had almost forgotten how badly he treated Yuri, mainly due to the fact that he tried to pretend that he was actually nice to him and not a complete asshole.

"...Never mind." He said, embarrassed himself.

He smiled awkwardly.

"If I were a pretty girl, I might think you were hitting on me, Blair. But I'm not a pretty girl--I'm your creepy loser Satanist ex-fuck buddy that no one wants to be around, not even you. I don't know what you're trying to do, but it's really not nice to make fun of people...I think getting someone's hopes up is the cruelest joke you can play, don't you?"

Blair sneered at that.

"Fine, if that's how you want to see it, then go ahead." He had promised himself he would play nice, but he really just didn't have a good temperament. "I'll just let you think that's true and call it a day. As usual."

He smirked slightly, though he knew he should just stop talking at this point. "For the record, I don't hit on pretty girls."

"...Are you calling me ugly?" he asked, sincerely confused.

Blair frowned deeply. No, he really wasn't.

"...I'm going home. If you want a ride, you better hurry up." He replied, turning away from him.
